Закуска со вкусом на миллион баксов. Подсмотрела в записной книжке шеф-повара

Вам не нужно иметь кулинарное образование, чтобы приготовить это блюдо, хотя оно стало визитной карточкой шеф-повара из ресторана Neiman Marcus Zodiac Room в Нью-Йорке. Желающие его попробовать, заказывают столики за пару недель вперед — ажиотаж вокруг этой закуски невиданный. Я раздобыла для вас ее секретный рецепт. Вам нужна слава искусного повара-самоучки? Считайте, что она у вас уже в кармане. Итак, барабанная дробь! Сейчас вы приготовите пищу, достойную королей. Только, тссс, сохраните нашу тайну.

Вам не понадобится даже бумага, чтобы записать этот рецепт — все элементарно и может показаться даже шуткой. Его создатель — Хелен Корбитт, директор по общественному питанию того самого ресторана.

Что вам понадобится?

 

  • 250 гр взбитого сливочного сыра (крем-чиз);
  • 1 чашка майонеза;
  • 2 чашки тертого сыра Колби Джек — это сорт американского полутвердого сыра из коровьего молока. По вкусу он похож на Чеддер, но только более мягок и нежен. Колби можно заменить сырами Эдам, Гауда, Канталь, Чеддер или вашим любимым;
  • 5 мелко нарезанных перьев зеленого лука;
  • 1 зубчик измельченного чеснока;
  • ½ чашки нарезанного обжаренного до хруста бекона;
  • горстка миндальной стружки, ее тоже можно прокалить на огне.

Начали!

Берем большую миску и высыпаем в нее все подготовленные ингредиенты. Хорошо, очень хорошо перемешиваем. Достаем красивую емкость и перекладываем полученную аппетитную массу. И это все! Вы не ожидали? Но это так. Остается лишь посыпать миндально-сырной стружкой и зеленым луком.

Как и с чем есть?

Все, что попадется в ваше поле зрение — все подойдет для сопровождения этой закуски. А именно: крекеры, фокаччо, тосты из французского батона, тортилья и даже кукурузные чипсы. Ее можно укладывать на лодочку из свежего болгарского перца и даже на помидор, если предварительно удалить ложкой его сердцевину. Она хороша на завтрак, обед и ужин. Она прекрасна для торжественного ужина и просмотра футбольного матча. И ее так любят дети!

Хранение

Если все же так случилось (что маловероятно, конечно) и чудо-закуска осталась, то переложите ее в чистый и сухой контейнер и отправьте его в холодильник. До двух дней она сможет спокойно находиться там.

    1. Добрый день, Елена! На сколько я поняла, чашка объемом 150 мл. Мне, правда, показалось, что майонеза многовато — но это авторский рецепт того самого шеф-повара)) По калорийности блюдо, конечно, сытное!) Но вкусное!
